ANKLET
Maktūb centerpiece — revised

Keep the ~0.90 ct deep-blue oval sapphire as the unmistakable central stone.

Instead of six gold arms, we use 6 tiny white diamonds around the sapphire.

How they should be arranged

The six chains still come in as:

3 chains → 💎💎💎 → 💙 ← 💎💎💎 ← 3 chains

But the diamonds shouldn’t form a large halo.

They should be six very small, individual brilliant-cut diamonds, positioned at the six points where the chains converge toward the sapphire.

Think of them almost like six tiny points of light surrounding the blue stone.

✨ Proportions

I’d keep each diamond around 0.01–0.02 ct.

So approximately 0.06–0.12 ct total diamonds.

The sapphire remains dramatically larger than all six diamonds combined.

The visual effect

From the front:

gold chains → tiny white sparkle → deep-blue sapphire ← tiny white sparkle ← gold chains

The diamonds would catch light while walking, but they wouldn’t compete with the sapphire.

And symbolically, I really like this combination:

Gold = the six paths
Six diamonds = the moments of clarity/light along those paths
Blue sapphire = what is written 💙

Most importantly, there would still be exactly one central gemstone: the sapphire. The diamonds are only tiny supporting accents—not additional focal stones.
