Finished at the atelier just this week, this ring inspired by the interlocking stonework of early Japanese castles, characterized by the use of carefully selected stones that mostly their natural form. My boulders are made of white gold, with the gaps filled with fine gold. The interior of the ring hoop is lined with polished yellow gold. Hand-carved in wax and cast in white gold using the lost wax technique, the ring retains its casting crust formed through a technically flawless casting process. In contrast with the distinctive weathered look of the white gold, the Renaissance-inspired table-cut diamond at the ring's center shows clear, minimalist architecture with strong mirror-like reflections.
