Sketch to design: Create a highly refined, subtle bespoke ring based primarily on my hand-drawn sketch. The design should preserve the structure and proportions of my sketch rather than being freely redesigned.

Overall design concept:
The ring should have a very subtle and sophisticated cross-inspired motif, combined with an exclusive, understated antique character. The cross should not look obvious or religious at first glance. It should be integrated naturally into the architecture of the ring, so that the symbolism is only noticeable upon closer inspection.

Center stone:
One approximately 1.0 carat natural old mine cut diamond.
The center diamond form is very similar to the sketch, elogated cushion-like appearance of a genuine comtemporary old mine cut diamond.
The center stone is the main focal point and should remain visually dominant.

Four-prong / cross-shaped setting:
The center stone must have exactly four main prongs.
IMPORTANT: the four prongs should NOT be positioned at the four corners of the stone.
Instead, they should be positioned at the midpoint of the four sides: top, bottom, left, and right.
Their arrangement should subtly form a cross-like orientation around the center stone.
The prongs should be extremely delicate, refined, and integrated into the setting rather than appearing large or bulky.

Gallery / side architecture:
Create a delicate gallery structure underneath and around the center stone.
The gallery should be visible from the side/front-on-side view.
The cross-inspired structural element should fit precisely into the negative space within the gallery.
The cross should feel structurally integrated into the open space of the gallery, almost as if it is naturally suspended or locked into the architecture.
Make this cross element finer, more delicate, and more sophisticated than in my original sketch.

Side diamond structures:
Place one symmetrical diamond-shaped setting on each side of the center stone.
The two side structures must be perfectly symmetrical.
Make them slightly smaller and more delicate than shown in my sketch.
Each diamond-shaped structure should contain a small side diamond of approximately 0.10–0.20 carat.
The diamond-shaped metal framework should be very fine and elegant.
IMPORTANT: one point/corner of each diamond-shaped setting should directly function as the left and right prong for the center stone / transition into the center setting.
The geometry should feel continuous rather than looking like separate decorative elements attached to the ring.

Metal:
Solid 18K yellow gold.
Warm, rich natural yellow-gold appearance.
Refined antique-inspired hand-finished metalwork.

Milgrain / beaded edge detail:
Add extremely tiny, fine milgrain beads along the edges of the ring and selected structural elements.
The milgrain must be exceptionally subtle and miniature.
It should create a delicate antique jewelry texture without becoming visibly ornate.
The wearer should barely feel the beads or raised details when wearing the ring.

Overall aesthetic:
The final ring should feel:

subtle
refined
intimate
antique-inspired
sophisticated
feminine but not overly decorative
quietly symbolic
highly wearable

Turn this jewelry sketch into a photorealistic photograph of the finished piece, professionally lit on a clean display surface. Stay faithful to the sketch's design, proportions and details.
