Restyled: Please make only these three changes to my original ring design from the picture: Ring band: Remove all milgrain/beaded edges from the band, leaving the gold smooth and polished. Side settings: Make the milgrain on the two diamond-shaped side settings finer, smaller, and more delicate. Diamonds: Replace the center stone with a slightly elongated, white 1-carat Old Mine Cut diamond. Reduce the two side diamonds to approximately 0.10–0.20 carat each, keeping them symmetrical and proportionate to the center stone. Keep everything else exactly as in the original design
